a few questions for nicolas rivoallan from code cuisine

I am Nicolas Rivoallan, founder of Code Cuisine, an event catering company committed to regional gastronomy for nearly fifteen years.
A trained chef who has worked in several Michelin-starred establishments, I have always been driven by a simple conviction: a successful event begins with sincere, committed cuisine that is deeply rooted in its terroir.
Together with Audrey, my wife, a trained dietitian, we built Code Cuisine around a shared ambition: to offer gastronomy that respects both the land and the guests, and to highlight the craftsmanship that makes the Grand Est region so unique.
Code Cuisine is an event catering company based in the Grand Est region, committed to gastronomy that respects the product, the season, and the territory.
We work with local raw ingredients sourced from producers who share our values of meaning and simplicity.
Our cuisine—authentic and generous—is notably supported by our 5,000 m² permaculture garden, which enables us to cook as closely as possible to the land.
Our service approach is rooted in discreet and attentive hospitality, where every detail matters.
We design tailor-made services: weddings, seminars, garden parties, product launches. Based in Lorraine, our team travels throughout the region: Metz, Nancy, Thionville, Strasbourg, and Reims.
